Due to the digital and personalised nature of our services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a service has been delivered or a session has been booked.

Victoria Careers Counsel provides professional digital and consulting services that require preparation, time, intellectual input and reserved capacity. For this reason, the following refund policy applies:
1. No Refunds After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction
• Delays caused by client
• Employer or government rejection
• Missed deadlines due to client delay
• Failure to use purchased services
• No-shows for scheduled sessions
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:
• Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)
• Victoria Careers Counsel fails to deliver the purchased service entirely
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of purchase.
3. Coaching Sessions & Packages
• Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited
• Packages are non-transferable
• All packages expire after 6 months
• No partial refunds are issued
4. Third-Party Outcomes
Victoria Careers Counsel is not responsible for decisions made by employers, SARS, CIPC, banks, licensing authorities or any external institution. Rejections do not qualify for refunds.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services and may be legally contested.
