Victoria Careers Counsel (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a South African business providing career coaching, CV writing, interview preparation, business consulting, tax advisory support, CIPC registration services, compliance services and related professional support.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, making a booking, paying for services, or communicating with Victoria Careers Counsel via WhatsApp, email, social media or telephone, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Services Disclaimer
All services are provided as professional guidance and support only.
We do not guarantee employment, promotions, business approvals, tax refunds, registrations, funding, licenses or compliance approvals. Final outcomes depend on third-party institutions, employers and government authorities.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Submitting required documents on time
• Approving drafts and submissions before final delivery
• Ensuring information provided is legally valid
We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, false or late client information.
5. Payments
All payments are:
• Required in full before services commence
• Non-transferable
• Non-refundable unless stated otherwise
No service will be delivered without confirmed payment.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the professional and digital nature of services:
❌ No refunds are issued once work has started
❌ No refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal preference
❌ No refunds for delays caused by client
❌ No refunds for third-party rejections
Refunds are only considered where Victoria Careers Counsel fails to deliver the paid service entirely.
7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
• Coaching sessions may be rescheduled once with 24-hour notice
• Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session
• Packages are non-transferable and expire after 6 months
8. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
Urgent work requires express service fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
Victoria Careers Counsel shall not be liable for:
• Loss of income
• Missed opportunities
• Rejections
• Business losses
• Government penalties
• Employment decisions
• Third-party actions
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Confidentiality & POPIA
All client data is protected in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Client information is kept confidential and only used for service delivery.
11. Communication Consent
By engaging our services, you consent to communication via:
• WhatsApp
• Email
• Phone calls
• SMS
This communication forms part of your service agreement.
12. Intellectual Property
All documents, templates, CV formats, coaching frameworks and content remain the intellectual property of Victoria Careers Counsel and may not be copied, resold or reused for commercial purposes.
13. Website Use
You may not:
• Copy content
• Scrape data
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent our services
14. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for misconduct, abuse, fraud, dishonesty, harassment or breach of these terms.
15. Amendments
Victoria Careers Counsel may update these Terms at any time without notice. Updated terms will be published on this website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
